Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25–30 minutes

Servings: 4–6

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins, about 1–1½ lb each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  1. Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels. Season all sides evenly with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  1. Add the pork tenderloins and sear for about 2–3 minutes per side, turning as needed, until the outside is deeply golden brown.
  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Stir until smooth.
  1. Spoon or brush about half of the garlic herb glaze generously over the seared pork.
  1. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15–20 minutes, or until the thickest part of the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  1. Remove the skillet from the oven and immediately spoon the remaining garlic herb glaze over the pork.
  1. Let the tenderloins rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. This helps keep the meat juicy and tender.
  1. Slice the pork into thick medallions and arrange on a serving platter.
  1. Spoon the flavorful pan juices and extra glaze over the sliced pork.
  1. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve warm.

Tips

Avoid overcooking pork tenderloin, as this lean cut can dry out quickly. Using a meat thermometer is the easiest way to get the best result.

For an extra glossy, caramelized finish, brush the pork with a little additional honey-butter glaze during the last few minutes of roasting.

If the pan sauce becomes too thick, stir in a small splash of chicken broth or water before serving.

For extra flavor, allow the seasoned pork to rest for 15–20 minutes before searing.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this garlic herb glazed pork tenderloin with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, green beans, rice, buttered noodles, or a crisp fresh salad. The sweet and savory garlic glaze pairs especially well with simple sides that soak up the pan juices.
