3-Ingredient Cheesecake Fluff
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 20–30 minutes, optional
Servings: 4
This cheesecake fluff is creamy, light, and very easy to make. It only needs three main ingredients and tastes even better chilled with a few fresh raspberries on top.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- â…“ cup powdered sugar or powdered zero-calorie sweetener
Optional for serving: fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Add the softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl.
- Beat with an electric mixer for about 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar or powdered sweetener and continue beating until completely combined.
- Slowly pour in the cold heavy whipping cream while mixing on low speed.
- Increase the mixer to medium-high speed and beat for about 2–3 minutes, until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy, and holds soft peaks.
- Spoon the cheesecake fluff into small dessert bowls or glasses.
- Serve immediately for a soft mousse-like texture, or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes for a thicker, more cheesecake-like consistency.
- Top with a few fresh raspberries before serving.
Tips
Make sure the cream cheese is softened so it blends smoothly without lumps.
Keep the heavy cream cold because cold cream whips much better.
For a sugar-free version, use a powdered sweetener rather than a granulated one so the fluff stays smooth.
Do not overbeat once the mixture becomes thick. Overmixing can make the texture too stiff.
For extra cheesecake flavor, you can optionally add a small splash of vanilla or a little lemon zest, although the basic recipe only needs three ingredients.
Storage
Store the cheesecake fluff in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Give it a gentle stir before serving if needed.

Serving Ideas
Serve it with fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, chopped nuts, a little cocoa powder, or a few sugar-free chocolate chips.
For a more dessert-like presentation, layer the fluff with berries in a small glass and finish with a few crushed nuts on top.
